1st time customer. I’m trying to find a new nail salon in the area(recently moved to the area) trying support local small businesses went in a new acrylic full set(soaking off old set) . Well first impression… • I was happy to able to make appointments online, •they offered an online menu with pricing, Totally not updated •salon seemed dimmer then most. SERVICES RENDERED TODAY WERE • removal of old acrylic (charged ) • cut down of real nails (charged) • new full set ( up charged from advertising online ) • coffin style (charged extra $5+) (horrible shaping and uneven) At check out was told it $64.00 ($2 up charge for using credit card) asked to put tip on($10) WAs charged $78 instead of $74… definitely never coming back. I guess I will drive the 45 mins to my salon , I Tried to give 2place local businesses out in the Elgin/surrounding area. Was a waste of money. NEVER PAID ALMOST $80 For full set of nails.
