This place is amazing. Not only are they the more welcoming, friendly staff, but they also do an amazing job. They are extremely clean and professional, which makes for a relaxing, spa-like experience.

1st time customer. I’m trying to find a new nail salon in the area(recently moved to the area) trying support local small businesses went in a new acrylic full set(soaking off old set) . Well first impression… • I was happy to able to make appointments online, •they offered an online menu with pricing, Totally not updated •salon seemed dimmer then most. SERVICES RENDERED TODAY WERE • removal of old acrylic (charged ) • cut down of real nails (charged) • new full set ( up charged from advertising online ) • coffin style (charged extra $5+) (horrible shaping and uneven) At check out was told it $64.00 ($2 up charge for using credit card) asked to put tip on($10) WAs charged $78 instead of $74… definitely never coming back. I guess I will drive the 45 mins to my salon , I Tried to give 2place local businesses out in the Elgin/surrounding area. Was a waste of money. NEVER PAID ALMOST $80 For full set of nails. Not Even at a fancy one SAD. Service: Acrylic nails

The technicians were kind and friendly. The place is very clean. My gel mani was perfect, as was my regular pedi. I was in and out pretty quickly. Great selection of Essie and OPI colors. Gel colors were also great. I will be back again.

Cindy, Tina and staff are absolutely wonderful. They are welcoming and accommodating from the moment I walk in until the time I walk out. I always get a gel manicure and pedicure and its consistent and long lasting every time. Their polish selection is always being updated which is something a lot of nail salons seem to struggle with. I just moved to the area and decided to come here due to majority of the reviews being positive. The only service I ever get is no chip manicures. My first visit was great, I got sat almost immediately and the nail tech was very considerate with my nails. However, after a week the polish closest to my cuticles already started lifting. Same thing happened after my second visit, but the nail tech was a lot faster and didn't care as much. My last, and final, visit was the worst. It was on NYE so I made an appointment a week in advance. My appointment was at 12:30 and I didn't get sat in a chair until 12:50. I was out of there at 1:20. A no chip manicure usually takes 45 minutes, so you can really tell when it is rushed. I had nail polish on my skin, she overpainted my thumb with the clear polish so it got stuck to my skin, the tips of my nails were uneven from the polish so I had to file it down, and the top clear coat has missed spots. It was busy in the sense that all of the nail techs had someone in their seat, and there were 2 people before me still waiting to be seated. Pretty sure the nail tech that took me wasn't meant to work on me because she had an appointment at 1, possibly explaining why she was rushing. Should've been organized better. Service: Manicures

My first and last time visiting this nail salon. I made an appointment at 11am and did not get seated until about 1130. Once the nail tech was ready to paint my nails, I realized the color of polish was not the same as the color I chose. I wanted a nude color & the polish was a red/pink color. While another nail tech brought me a similar color, my nail tech disappeared. She rushed through my service and later I realized she was servicing two people at once, hopping between the both of us at the same time. My nails are not $37 quality. The polish is uneven (pictured) and it is clear that they were rushed. If I wanted my nails to look the way that they do, I would simply do them myself. I came to this nail salon looking for a professional service. I have no interest in ever letting them touch my nails again. Service: Gel manicure

This is the one salon I have come back to. Before coming here, I’ve gone to a different salon every time I went to get my nails done. David does my nails; he does a thorough job, and I like the way he shapes them. Katelyn does the designs and she does a phenomenal job every time. Even with more intricate designs, she blows me away. She attempts designs on my natural nails, which is another reason why I love coming here. A lot of salons I’ve been to, won’t bother doing designs if I’m not getting acrylic done, even if it’s something as simple as this.

Cindy and Tina did a fabulous job on my nails and my daughter's. First time coming to them and it was a very nice experience. Fast service, friendly and prices where just right too. Will be coming to them again.
