Best auto parts store in Sycamore, Illinois (IL) 2024

Worst customer service ever. Most of the sales people aren’t qualified to sell wiper blades. It’s so bad I go online and get the exact part number before I even call. Front parts counter needs to be coached on how to use the commercial account system by me who has never worked at oriellys I just frequent the stores so often as a traveling mechanic that I know how it works. I sent someone in to pickup my parts that I already gave a po# for and was supposed to be ready to go. First they didn’t know anything about it, then they put my name in the po# box instead of the number I already gave them…. Now I get to call accounting and spend 30 minutes on the phone straightening this out. Chris the commercial was too busy chatting up all the other employees to even respond to “have a good day”. These guys are the special Olympics “b” team… I gave 2 stars only because oriellys sells decent parts, Keeps a good inventory and if they dont have it, they can usually get it in a few hours. ~Joshua
