Best bank in Tinley Park, Illinois (IL) 2024

Went to this branch an hour ago to deposit cash into the ATM. The ATM malfunctioned and didn't credit my checking account for the cash the machine just took. I walked inside the branch and the employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I mentioned what happened and the attitude was "yea so? What do you want me to do about it?". Then they told me if I call customer support I'd get the money credited into my account instantly. I called and they transferred me to the claims team. Claims team didn't seem to care and said it's 100% not instant and branch was wrong. Now I'm sitting here out of money because their machine malfunctioned with no idea if I'll see that money again. This branch has always been awful, ATMs always down and Chase just lost me as a customer. ~Vince

If I could give zero stars I would. Old National merged with First Midwest. You would think they would have been prepared better. I waited on the phone for 4 hours only to be disconnected. I was locked out of my accounts after 3 on-line tries. I cannot change any of my bill accounts to add the new routing number until I am able to get on-line. I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible. ~Donna
