unprofessional And very rude they make the mistakes and then call to try to argue with costumer over the phone telling me go place your order somewhere else i had my husband go to the pharmacy to pick up my daughters pediasure 1.5 that i had called and place the oder for two days before (not the first time i order)he gets there and its not the right item i was like ok its fine i can wait till Next week to get the right thing no problem my husband walks out the store 5 minutes later i have Jonathan (same guy the took my order over the phone) calling me with a horrible attitude talking about you gave me the wrong item wish I did not (thats my daughters only nutrition so i know for a fact it has to be pediasure 1.5)i explain to him one more time the order I even told him the color of the can (yellow can)not the blue one he continue to try and argue No Jonathan if you are having a bad day dont take out on me you place the order wrong not me And no I will not go somewhere else I will continue to place my orders at your pharmacy just with a different person with a different attitude and customer service ~nancy
