Such a welcoming space, with intense fitness integrity! I didn’t believe a gym up north could match the experience I was receiving downtown, but I was wrong. A few of my new neighbors mentioned Redefined was the best gym in the area. The moment I walked in to scope it out, that became clear. Redefined is aesthetic in its clean & bold decor, and is meticulously maintained. The aura of the gym emanates success from the passion, competence & charisma of the trainers. It’s obvious much time is spent balancing out my hour. That being said, if my needs change that day, Eric is quick to devise a new working plan. Over the years my fitness goals have changed, and I’m confident Eric has me on the best path for increased flexibility & movement, while still focusing on building strength. I’m so appreciative because I know my comprehensive health is his goal. Every interaction at Redefined with fellow clients as well as staff, has been both professional and fun! Everyone is just so dang nice. My teenage kids love it here too. ~Kate
