Best bar in Columbia City, Indiana (IN) 2024

The Crossroad Inn, exactly as it sounds, is a sweet little restaurant and bar at a crossroads in the country. It is decorated fittingly. We went to the family side and were seated promptly. Our server, Sid, was welcoming. The menu is a mix of comfort food, pizza and pub offerings. Hands down the best fried pickles I have had, lightly hand breaded. I changed my mind at the last moment and order a blt with no t and extra b. It was scrumptious and my bacon was cooked to perfection. I cannot wait to return to try more of their menu. We absolutely love this taproom. We are locals, mug club members and feel like we are part of the family! The staff take time to learn what regulars like, they share stories and genuinely care about all of their customers! We have always been greeted with a smile and willingness to help even before we were regulars! We love the family atmosphere or that you can chill with friends and play games! The new renovation and opening the restaurant are so exciting! ~James-Jenny
