I was in there for one of there hvac problems. While I was there I wanted to do some things within my business Verizon account. Wow, there were very patient with me as I had a lot questions and concerns. There were phone charges that were supposed to be canceled, we were on the phone with customer service for over an hour. Young lady did not complain and excelled at helping me. When we were done with customer service I decided to get another phone. Which hopefully comes In soon. This Verizon store which is a out 20 minutes from my shop will now always get my business. Customer service is one of the most critical aspects of business and they did great. More than 5 stars!!!!!! ~william
