I love Studio 317 Fitness & Cycling! I have been a member of the studio for almost 6 years. I started coming to Cycle classes, but quickly fell in love with Body Pump. This was because of a recommendation by the owner, Shannon, who was my cycle instructor and also taught Body Pump. Shannon complimented my progress in cycle and recommended that I take up Body Pump to mix things up so I could reach and exceed my personal goals. I would not have gotten a personalized recommendation like this at another gym. The instructors at Studio 317 quickly became friends, but are actually more like family.
