Best atm in Hammond, Indiana (IN) 2024

This is an amazing local bank. The tellers are so helpful and friendly. They have very convient hours because they are located inside the grocery store. The tellers are amazing and will go above and beyond to help you out. In addition they have a wonderful ATM that lets you deposit money and their ATM pays out in $5 increments. Their app is also very useful. Best bank in the area and I highly recommend. ~David

The individual (s) that works the drive up window are NOT customer friendly. I sat at the window for 6 min today (pressed the call button 2times) and the women stood there talking. Not one time did anyone acknowledge I was there. This happens quite often at this location, unfortunately I have to come to this location for my job. They waited on the customer that came after me in the next lane. I think they need customer service retraining. ~Heather
