It is a Saturday morning, a time where many people need to see a banker as typical hours make it difficult for a person with a job to make it. There is one person available with multiple people waiting and the wait is over 30 minutes so far with nobody explaining why the wait is so long. I'd never use this bank. ~Kim

I am very upset that I walked in today to go down to my safety deposit box and there was no one who could help me. I have rented a box there for 25 years and need to get into it 2-3 times a year to get our birth certificates or other documentation. They said that I would have to come back at another time because the ONLY person who could help me was with a customer and would be awhile. The manager was there, but they said I’d have to come back. This is ridiculous. Guess it is time to look for a new bank. Btw, I’ve been banking there since I was a child and it was Back of Highland and people cared about their customers. ~Sheila
