Best pharmacy in Merrillville, Indiana (IN) 2024

Everyone here has gone above and beyond and I cannot thank you enough for working so hard and doing so much to make sure I could get the prescriptions I need safely and when I need them. Every pharmacist I've interacted with has been extremely kind and has even remembered me and my name (I hope I haven't been too much trouble!) and has solved any problems that arise. I want to acknowledge Kelly who did a fantastic job assisting me in preparing my photos and posters for a birthday party. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products that is offered in the system, assisted in uploading my files, and she was patient. I truly appreciated all of her support. ~Terrilyn

Most of the pharmacists are fast, polite, and fair with first come first serve. Few times with one lady the wait has been more than two hours. Closer to 3 :/. Still the best pharmacy. ~Freddie

A couple of the employees can use an attitude adjustment HOWEVER a woman named Sheena is absolutely wonderful to communicate with. She genuinely tries her hardest to help each customer I have seen her come in contact with several customers including an extremely rude woman. Not once has she lost her vibrant kind outgoing personality. She is a wonderful asset to the team. Every other employee should be follow her lead. ~Erica
