I started going there more than a year ago to get my first smartphone. I have always been very happy with Nate and the boys with helping me and answering my questions. I had to get a new smartphone two months ago, and although Nate was not there, the boy who was there was just as helpful. I will probably be going to Cricket for a long time.
UPDATE:. February 14, 2022- I went back today because I was having problems with the phone not charging. I asked if there were phones with better batteries. He said yes, and showed me one. I was eligible for an upgrade today. Since I received this phone under the protection plan in December, he told me to call them and tell them about the problems and see if they will replace it again.
UPDATE:. June 4, 2022-I went back today with problems and questions about my phone. Again, Nate provided the same reliable helpful service. I am always pleased with Cricket. I don't know what I would do without them. I will continue to go back. ~Martha
