Best motorcycle parts store in Rochester, Indiana (IN) 2024

Honestly, I have never had an issue with a NAPA store before today. I ordered a part and when it arrived it was a rusty piece of junk. I was told apparently someone took a part as a return and it was just restocked. I was also told this is a common problem. I was quoted a price only to be told I was going to be changed for shipping, I was not told that when I ordered the part. I told them I will get my part elsewhere. I ended up finding the part for less than half what NAPA wanted, free shipping included. I will not buy from this store or the store in Winamac, IN since they are affiliated. ~Timothy

The Rochester store must hire people that know absolutely nothing about common things having to do with cars. I go to the store yesterday to see if they had a terminal connector tool to remove the connector from the spark plug plastic connector, they tell me they don't carry those. I then contact Auto Zone and the girl there tells me to go to Oreilys and where the actual tool is located me realizing the guy who helped me at Oreilys knew absolutely nothing he was talking about. I should've realized this though when I told him to show me where they kept a 16mm socket to change my spark plugs and he grabbed a 5/8 standard telling me it would in work in place of a 16mm for the Voltswagon model. Like i said you need no former knowledge of commom vehicle parts to get a job there, or basic math skills. I'll be doing all my business at Autozone for now on. ~Ronald
