Best bank in Winona Lake, Indiana (IN) 2024

I do not bank here, but my family does. I went into the store with my son to make a deposit and was treated very rude. The teller did not introduce herself, greet us with hello, nor did she acknowledge us as we left. We definitely felt like an inconvenience upon leaving. This employee needs to work on her customer service skill set. One bad employee can destroy a reputable brand. I am not one to post many reviews, but I felt like this review was necessary. ~antonio
