WORST EXPERIENCE IN SHIPPING EVER. Had an issue with a deliver not being fully unloaded, so it went back to the Omaha terminal. When it still wasn't shipped out a week later, they held it prisoner because we used a 3rd party shipper. So now we can't even pick it up with another delivery service...... ~Critical
