WORST EXPERIENCE IN SHIPPING EVER. Had an issue with a deliver not being fully unloaded, so it went back to the Omaha terminal. When it still wasn't shipped out a week later, they held it prisoner because we used a 3rd party shipper. So now we can't even pick it up with another delivery service......

I love pulling Estes doubles. This location is very small. So be careful at this location. Directions on US59 North turn right on wood st, right turn on N sawmill rd, follow curve to N Frost Ave, turn right on N Frost Ave.. Estes will be on left.

I have been using Estes for 5+ years and I am very happy with their service and their volume rates. Any time I need to ship an order that is too big to ship LTL, but not big enough to fill up an entire trailer, I immediately think of Estes! I received my hydraulic cylinder back from rebuild, they destroyed the crate in shipment, ram was scratched and unusable. ticket was noted as such . Will have to be sent back to be re chromed. The claims process was horrible, in the end the offered $50 for a repair that will cost 3000.00. Stay away for them. as to their reply that Estes wanted me to contact them and they would look into it, it was just lip service, nothing happened. and the sage continues, Estes just tried to deliver some HVAC equipment, with past experience I did a careful inspection, it was damaged. I refused and sent the shipment back. Estes, you will not get in my pocket again

We have had nothing but success with this company. Their drivers are friendly and always has our freight here on time and undamaged. I manage a Utilities company and would recommend Estes to anybody who gets freight daily! Great company

Management at this company is horrible, the last five years there has been a manager by the name of Stan Jens that has no clue how to run a company. He picks his favorite employees and let's them do what they want but the hard working employees get the shaft. Stan thinks his way is the only way. Corporate really needs to reconsider this clown as management. The company never considers that the drivers is what makes the company, instead they treat the drivers wrong. They do not maintain their vehicles for the drivers. Rob Estes needs to evaluate the Avoca, IA terminal. The company was a great company before Stan Jens came in and took over.

I was given a call on Wednesday that my order was ready for delivery on Friday. I called Thursday to confirm delivery and was told to be home between 9-3 on Friday. I waited for my delivery all day (couldn't leave the house because I needed to sign for delivery). No delivery. When I called Estes Express on Friday near 3pm, I was told my order was still in Indianapolis. Not only was my day/time wasted but my poor daughter didn't receive her swing set after I told her all day that it would arrive. A simple courtesy call to clients would have been greatly appreciated. Now I will have to take another day off work or find someone to sit at my house for when the order actually arrives for delivery. Very disappointed.
