Best physical fitness program in Bondurant, Iowa (IA) 2024

It blows my mind sometimes that we have a gym of this caliber in Bondurant. This level of cleanliness, organization, equipment, programming and community involvement is something you’d expect in a bigger city. Coming here you’ll see the same faces day after day, there’s a culture of consistency, discipline and accountability that is really fun to be apart of. The core community here is really invested in making sure this gym stays clean and welcoming. It sort of feels like lifting in your garage gym with a bunch of your roommates, except your garage gym is enormous and has awesome equipment and all your roommates are good looking. I belong to a couple other gyms for but this one is hands down my HQ and no. 1. Bondurant’s truly a better place because of it. ~Drake
