I ordered a label maker and refill for the label maker scheduled to be delivered the same day and the refill for 2days later. 1st ship was on the way and didn't show up in the delivery time and they said it was never even out for delivery and had to cancel the order and order a new one. The delivery was delivered later in the day and I had to cancel the 2nd which was still on my account to be delivered by Wednesday and I cancelled the order and had to wait for the reimbursement for a few days, but it was done in a timely matter of days but I would have received another one had I not done it myself and I had 2 different payment accounts to get it done. Happy with the merchandise and getting the reimbursement but I don't think the communication was good for the first time I used it. ~Jeff
