First, let me begin by saying the salesman who came to my house on a Saturday was on time and gave me what I thought was a fair price. After, that it turned ugly. I was told my furniture would be picked up on a Monday, which would have been perfect, but then the pick up was switched to a Saturday, so we had to spend three nights in a hotel as my closing was not until Tuesday. Ok, I dealt with that. After that, I was told my furniture would be delivered on a Wednesday, but no, their truck broke down in Tennessee. Really? Do they not maintain their fleet? The driver had to actually wait for a rental truck so he could finish his two deliveries. So, you see, another family was waiting on their furniture as well. Our furniture finally arrived on a Friday, but wait, it gets better. The driver was not given the correct address of my new home! He actually went to an empty house! When he and his helper arrived, they were actually apologetic because he, too, was frustrated. The salesman I dealt with originally did not give the driver the updated address, which was relayed to him 4 weeks prior! In the end, do not deal with this company! You will be disappointed, stressed out and just outright angry! ~Dawn
