Best washer and dryer repair service in Monticello, Iowa (IA) 2024

would have preferred no star........with just purchasing a home in town and all the added cost to setting up a new home.... the included washer was having problems, so I set up an appointment for repair hoping to purchase new set at later date. So, repair tech comes in takes apart the washer makes a phone call and fifteen minutes later I was told the washer was irreparable, and I should purchase a new one. IDK who they think they are dealing with (some naive lady or what) so I went on Amazon made a purchase of replacement parts for less than $15 did the repair myself!!! So, I guess if the tech had put the parts in for me, I probably would have made a purchase with this store for a washer dryer set possibly fridge and stove but OH Well..... someone else will gain my business and trust!! ~lana
