In the store, Sioux City Gordon Drive, a guy loaded 40 lb of birdseed in my cart. At checkout I ordered 2 bags of potting soil. One young man let me use the cart to get to my car as I walk with a cane. He then returned the cart for me. I drove to the potting soil and two young men loaded the potting soil in my trunk. I tried to tip them but they refused the tip. BEST SERVICE EVER... THANKS !! ~Sandy

Wait 20 min in line order 3 meals. One kids meal and two adult meals with onion rings. Get all the way home missing one sandwich and I get one fry and one onion ring but no sandwich. It would have been fine if I didn’t sit there for 20 minutes. It literally took 5 minutes to get acknowledged at the actual speaker. Never again ~Brett

What's the point of reserving a parking space, but when you get there, the employees won't even make the the other with NO reservation move. I was told that they are not allowed to enforce restrictions, and I can get a refund. Makes absolutely no sense. ~MCarter

Rented a unit at the company's Highway 20 location. Very clean and a very secure complex. Very reasonable rental rate. Very nice people to deal with as well. ~Robert

Yummy. Super posh but also down to earth. Amazing food decent sizes great staff. Nice bathroom. Sushi was great. The cake was huge. Bathroom was very clean and had baby changing tables. This place could be so much more. The food is usually on-point though it lacks consistency - one night the lollipops are amazing and another time they are undercooked. The layout and table/chairs give the place a cool vibe; the outdoor space makes it a step above other places in the area. The worst part of this place is the staff - they are more interested in hanging out with their friends and staff not on the clock. On our last visit, we ordered a round of drinks - never offered a menu - and then proceeded to watch the bartender take 3 shots in 30 minutes while never coming back to ask us if we wanted another round. ~Jana

ordered the 7$ meal deal and it took us an hour to get the food and the employee assisted everybody else but me and i was right in front of her face i asked her when they would make my meal twice and she said i would have to wait, and all the other customers she assisted ordered way after me, and they got their orders (that were similar to mine) before me and i never got my order till my mom complained and the employee kinda raised her voice at her saying that my mom should be complaining to to the griller because they were the ones making the chicken tenders instead of her? but she was the one giving the meals out? so i was confused about that. but at least the other employee apologized and gave me a free blizzard coupon.🤷🏽‍♀️ and an extra chicken tender. but still shouldn’t have taken that long for 3 chicken tenders an fries ~Alison
