What's the point of reserving a parking space, but when you get there, the employees won't even make the the other with NO reservation move. I was told that they are not allowed to enforce restrictions, and I can get a refund. Makes absolutely no sense.

Nasty lobby. Burger king tasted like garbage. Dirty showers,bad restroom smell all over. Tight parking, even the reserved spots. Will come back,when Pilot started to treat drivers like humans,not like animals. -1 star

No food available for truckers, should kick out Burger King if they can't provide services for truckers and get someone who will.

There's no parking availability if you have a trailer. Kb transport out of Sioux City takes everything up. Everywhere you look it says KB transport

Don't buy electronics because they could be nice n help you but choose not to after they tell u that u can switch it out with same merch which they shouldn't be selling electronics that have out of date software anyway. Which i get u have 7 days but still could try n figure out something. In my opinion.. So you get stuck with a expensive decoration from this wonderful store and refuse to help you. Don't recommend this store with rude employees named amy who argue n tell u to grow up as they still stand there n argue with you when u try and talk with someone else to get information to a manager who refuses to help you. I'll never go back. The SD ones r way better.

This used to be a great truck stop several years ago. Now the showers barely work and are dirty. The subway is gone. The burger king used to be great and 24/7, now the food is terrible and closes at 9pm. Fuel pumps are super slow.

Wanted to share some top notch service given by one of your associates, Ashley. On 02/22/22 I stopped at your location to fuel my tractor, I left without grabbing a receipt and needed a copy for my paperwork. I went to the app and for some reason it did not register on my app for my pilot card. Ashley went above and beyond, sent me a copy via email and also added the points to my rewards card. This is excellent service and I applaud you all for having such a great associate that goes above and beyond. Thank you Ashley for your help, is great too get sick excellent service. Not bad for a snowy sloppy saturday morning. The only complaint I have is the cashier ringing up our items and then walking away to ring up another customer and there were no other customers 🤦♀️🤷♀️ um Aaron, can you finish, we have our money ready.

Nice clean store & showers... I feel bad for cashiers; some of the WORST customers I've ever seen go here. Thanks Heather for GREAT customer service!! ATTN STUPID CUSTOMERS if you have never fueled a vehicle before, the fuel pumps have NUMBERS on them. You will need this information if you want to turn the pump on... It has been this way since 1950, it is a very convenient system.

This pilot is Ok in terms of cleanliness washrooms are old no air dryers in men washroom not that clean paper dispenser not working didn't take a shower yet will update.
