I had questions about my bill last month and this month. Last month I called 611 and unfortunately there was a language barrier between the customer service rep and myself. However, I kept on the phone with her for about 2 hours and still didn't get my questions answered. When I looked at my bill today, I figured I'd just call the store and I spoke to Chris P. Let me tell you that man went above and beyond to figure out what was going on! He even told me to call him next month to let him know if the bill made sense to or not. I just wanted to tell him Thank you and let you all know how great he is! ~Lynn

Quick, best prices. Took a jack and tire down to road to help a guy whose tire blew out. "We don't usually do that..." Except they also drove to Kwik Star across town when my wife needed help after the tire valve broke. I hope they don't hate me for posting this! ~Paul

This place has a serious problem in their meat department. Over 10 times in the last year I have gotten putridly rotten meat. Really be careful of the pork because it has been pork every time. Expired meat still on the shelves by over a week. And then today I got a pork again, still haven't learned my lesson I guess. Went back to the store to get it replaced. Got home and it smelled 10 times worse than the one before with a later best by date. Health department surely needs to look into the practices at this hyvee. Just sad. There is no way that this has happened to me this many times and doesn't happen to a TON of other people. ~wes
