I had questions about my bill last month and this month. Last month I called 611 and unfortunately there was a language barrier between the customer service rep and myself. However, I kept on the phone with her for about 2 hours and still didn't get my questions answered. When I looked at my bill today, I figured I'd just call the store and I spoke to Chris P. Let me tell you that man went above and beyond to figure out what was going on! He even told me to call him next month to let him know if the bill made sense to or not.
