Best coffee shop in De Soto, Kansas (KS) 2024

This McDonald's looks nice and new. It was busy, but the drive thru moved fast. The girl at the window was friendly. The food was what you expect from a typical McDonalds. I ordered a cheeseburger and a small fry. My total after tax was over $4. Far too expensive for a cheeseburger and fry! I know McDonalds all over the KC metro where you can order a "small meal": a cheeseburger, small fry and small drink for only $3. I came here for a quick reading session, and I must say, this is the cutest coffee shop I've ever been to thus far! One minor detail that I greatly appreciate: The background music was not blaring! I find it sometimes hard to focus in coffee shops that blast their music. Again, something minor out of the many great things about this place! Love all the seating options provided (indoor and outdoor). My Americano and cinnamon donut was delicious, and the workers were so attentive to all of the customers that came in. Thank you, Cause Coffee. Will definitely be back! ~L
