I tried to support a local bank, but they don't make anything easy, their ATM doesn't accept cash deposits, the app is very difficult to navigate, check deposits are difficult and have special rules. I signed up for a free checking account, 4 months later they started charging me a fee for getting a monthly statement. I called and asked them to stop and they kept charging me and then blamed me for the charges, the woman I talked to was not very nice about it and told me this was last time they would refund the charges, I unfortunately had to close my account with them. Sad to say, but the bigger banks are better more convient and have better customer service. ~J
