I tried to support a local bank, but they don't make anything easy, their ATM doesn't accept cash deposits, the app is very difficult to navigate, check deposits are difficult and have special rules. I signed up for a free checking account, 4 months later they started charging me a fee for getting a monthly statement. I called and asked them to stop and they kept charging me and then blamed me for the charges, the woman I talked to was not very nice about it and told me this was last time they would refund the charges, I unfortunately had to close my account with them. Sad to say, but the bigger banks are better more convient and have better customer service.

I have to say I once believed this bank was the best! I recently experienced fraud via my debit card. Shazam with card services was incredible! They blocked all the transactions that were not my typical spending pattern. Awesome job The Shazam agent instructed me to go into the bank Monday morning and let them know that they blocked my card due to fraud. I chose to go haysville because all the girls there knew me and I felt that I would have received amazing service like every other time I visited their location. I was informed they would order the card and that they would call me once the new card came arrived. I was shown a transaction history of my account to see if anything was suspicious and I said no, but I am concerned about a different transaction that I believe was a scam that allowed this to happen and no one seemed interested so I was like ok well I'm just out that money. It had been 10 days since I spoke to the bank. So I popped in with my son when he was doing his business with the bank and I checked to see if my card was in by chance and not only was it not there the manager never ordered it. It was at that moment that the manager asked if I filed a dispute and I said I didn't think I was able to? No one asked me when I came in over a week ago! Dispute was filed new card ordered. I assumed it would come to the bank as I was advised the last one would due to me recently moving and I let them know that Shazam said that they needed to update that profile to my new address. Well they sent it to my old address! I found that out a week later. So needless to say I have tried so hard to be patient and understanding whilst my different accounts that I make monthly payments to with a debit card are now being cancelled. I had the 3rd card sent to the main location and the last card was ordered the 24th of July and came in today or yesterday and they were supposed to call me when it came in. I called the bank to see if it was there at 5 minutes before they closed and they told me yes it's in! But we are waiting for the pin to come in the mail! Wow I explained that I really need it for my appointment in Kingman at 9 in the morning and the person on the other end sounded as if she could care less. I was met with that feeling from the haysville location as well when they placed the order the what would have been the third card. This is my experience. Hope it helps you.

Hands down, the most friendly bank in Wichita. If it weren't for their investment in me, I would not be where I am today! They treat me like an asset, and not just a customer.
