Wichita KS 21st st. Do not Bank here unless you want to have your money in the hands of the incompetent staff. I called the location and asked if they would cash savings bonds for nonmembers. They said yes up to $1000. The teller(young guy in his 20s with brown hair) Did the computer work and had me sign the back of the bonds(this voids them they must be signed in presence of teller) Then the phone rang. It was the Manger saying don't cash them. Now I'm out of over $300 dollars because now my bonds are void. ~Johnny

This bank will charge u for everything! i dont recommend. closed my account out yesterday and they charged my $10 to close it and they didnt even tell me. glad to be done with them. the only person there that actually cares about doing their job is miriam! ~Alexsis
