Shane has been awesome to work with. I actually live in Michigan and found Shane via a YouTube video. We've been meeting via FaceTime for a couple months now. He's really helped me key in on my diet and improve my performance with not just diet, but also exercise and overall health. I can tell that he is very capable of modifying his approach based on his client's needs. His communication has been excellent and he is very knowledgeable. Would recommend. ~Norman

The coaches are amazing and they really work with you if you have injuries to modify the movements. A+ studio and staff. ~W

Love the whole experience. Great staff, clean locker room, the whole array of workout equipment for whatever kind of excersise you're into. The childcare staff are dependable and great with kids. The only improvement I'd recommend is that the child care hours were extended an extra hour, because it's tough to get everything done during a week day by 7pm. I'm still going with five stars though because I fear violent retaliation if I don't. The pool is awesome too! ~Mitchell

Would not recommend. Used to be great until they put a bunch of corporate policies in place, now it's just another gym that wants your money. Currently stuck paying $90 monthly for a plan that I didn't originally sign up for and can't change, an app that doesn't work and now stuck paying an extra month for canceling without 30 days notice which is something I was not informed of until I went to cancel. This began as an activity and place that was really positive and has turned into total frustration and disappointment, unfortunately an experience I now regret. Look elsewhere. ~Sarah

TopSpeed does an amazing job preparing athletes for the next level. Coach Potts and crew bring their experience and knowledge to players at all levels and all sports. I highly recommend them! ~David

Dawud was amazing! Training with you challenged me to the fullest! I was able to do things that I have never been able to do! Even in injury you made modification just so I could continue working out! I started putting more beans, peppers and veggies into my diet but I also cut out a lot of things like sugar and bread! Throughout my training I saw changes that I didn’t see with others and you walked me in Through it! You gave me knowledge nobody else gave me! ~Alique
