Best gas station in Ottawa, Kansas (KS) 2024

Usually and most of time very busy. For how busy this Truck Stop is, it is well maintained and clean. The pump fueling areas pretty clean. The showers are always very clean and sanitized. The laundry area is clean as well. Overall a very well organized Truck Stop. ~Brent

They do not honor the price signage on their products. I went to buy a Rockstar energy drunk which is clearly priced 2/3.50 ore one at the regular price. I took 2 to the register and the rang up regular price. No discount for 2. So instead of verifying the price on the product or speaking with a manager the clerk said that's the price. I told her she can keep her product and I won't ever come back. All these gas station stores are the same. Rings up regular price and if you don't say anything they rip you off. Most place honor their signage when you bring it to their attention. NOT HERE. ~Mike

Horrible customer service. Rude employees that work there. Especially if your a female I'd watch your man 😉. There's a pink haired girl that works there that had the nerve to flirt with my man that's a out too be the father too my child. Never would go there agine it's a joke there company and employees they've hirede. ~Faith
