We bought a compact track loader from Riggs in 2015. We tested it out for 40 minutes or so, moving a big pile of gravel on his site. After we were satisfied the unit was in working order, we negotiated a price we were willing to pay. We have had the usual wear & tear issues over the years, like track and idler replacement, blew a hydraulic line last year, etc...but are VERY happy with the unit and the price we paid for it at Riggs. Very friendly staff, and did I mention he delivered the unit for free, even though I was outside the free delivery radius? With any used equipment, you have the potential for problems. Riggs isn't a dealership. If you want dealership service, then buy from a dealership, but you are going to pay extra for it. ~Jack
