Best fast food restaurant in Alexandria, Kentucky (KY) 2024

I just left with my food. The guy taking orders had to restart my order 3 times. He told me the total which was clearly wrong. So at the window I asked him to read it back, he read the correct order. When I got home the order was wrong as I expected and he didn't put the receipt in the bag as he said he had. He over charged me. ~Puma

Tried KFC for the first time in years and it was terrible. Does KFC use their competitors' chicken for their ads? What I got from the drive-thru was not recognizable. I heard that a Popeyes was under construction down the street. Maybe it will force KFC to step up their game. ~Michael

the drive thru line was nonstop and wrapped around the building when my friend and i came in, so the small staff were obviously very busy. they were very accommodating, making sure we had our drinks while we waited and were very apologetic about the time. it really wasn’t even a steep wait time, and my food was fantastic when i got it. i love this taco bell :) ~Megan
