Best bank in Florence, Kentucky (KY) 2024

Horrible! Every single time I have to come in this branch, I leave agitated and without accomplishing whatever simple task I went in for. Clerk= no help. Manager = no help. If you want a bank that will all but tell you they couldn’t care less, bank with this branch. I’m typically not one to leave these Karen reviews but this place is a solid zero stars, and they prove it time and time again. Good luck out there people ✌️ ~Chad
