Best gym in Florence, Kentucky (KY) 2024

Iron rig fitness is a absolutely Amazing gym. First off it's clean and sanitary, a plethora of machines to use. More then enough weights, benchs, bikes etc. A small buisness doing BIG things. Iron rig fitness has the modesty of a private gym but the usefulness of box brand gyms. The place offers great private training, group sessions, youth endurance to help with sports, I can go on for days how great the gym and the atmosphere is. Don't wait, stop in and see the owner. Joe is a great guy, knowledgeable and highly motivating. Don't take my word for it, come see for yourself how great this gym really is. ~adam

Triumph Strength and Conditioning could not be a more ideal place to achieve your fitness goals! They cater to all different levels; whether you’re just starting out, getting back into it, or experienced. After having 4 kids, I realized it was time to get back in the gym, and I could not be happier! The coaches take time to teach you proper technique and provide words of encouragement. A very welcoming environment with quality equipment and innovative workout regimens. Highly recommend making this YOUR fitness center too! ~Becky

Great park with banks, ledges, rails, bowl and transition to accommodate all skill levels. Concrete is not the smoothest and could use resurfacing but still very skateable. Fills up quickly on weekend afternoons. Right off of interstate I-75. ~David
