Family affair in Salvisa was great. Talked to the chef, Beth, and she put biscuits in her stewed tomatoes. Mind blown. She and another cook were very open to talk about the dishes. Soup beans were excellent. catfish was light and crunchy. Pleasant all around. Been mentioned a turkey Sunday supper that I will be trying soon. Biscuits in the cornbread dressing!! Excited ~Seth
