My trust in little clinic is ruined. Will not be back. I took my 7 year old son on a Sunday because I didn’t have very many options. They prescribed an antibiotic for what she claimed was a horrible ear infection. The next day his rash was much much worse. I got scared and called his pediatrician. We went to see the pediatrician (Monday) the day after. The pediatrician was extremely unhappy with choice of medication and went against the little clinic diagnosis completely. In fact the dr said he had no ear infection at all. Not only did they waste my time wasted my money too and put my child on unnecessary medications. I took the pediatricians route and he was doing better in a day or two. ~Ashley

I am NOT happy! I spend tons of money in there and as of right now I will tell everyone NEVER to go in there again! I went in today and bought a parakeet. I get home and put him in a cage that I have used for several of my other birds and he was fine then suddenly just dropped and died! I didn’t even have him 3 hours! I called and they said, “ he was fine when he left here it must have been you “! No it wasn’t! They would not replace or refund the bird! Really! I will never shop there again! If it risk losing a valuable customer I would replace the bird and be done. It’s not worth losing $1,000’s of dollars over a 30.00 bird. That’s fine my money is good everywhere! He was alone in the cage just in case you were wondering! ~Joanie
