My trust in little clinic is ruined. Will not be back. I took my 7 year old son on a Sunday because I didn’t have very many options. They prescribed an antibiotic for what she claimed was a horrible ear infection. The next day his rash was much much worse. I got scared and called his pediatrician. We went to see the pediatrician (Monday) the day after. The pediatrician was extremely unhappy with choice of medication and went against the little clinic diagnosis completely. In fact the dr said he had no ear infection at all. Not only did they waste my time wasted my money too and put my child on unnecessary medications. I took the pediatricians route and he was doing better in a day or two.

I wish I could give no stars as I was neglected as a patient. I have suffered sinus issues for years and went knowing that I was suffering from an obvious sinus infection. The nurse did not check for any facial pressure, looked in my ears and looked in my nose noting it was inflamed. I was required to take a COVID test to be seen, though I had no symptoms that presented as COVID and had taken an at home test or to the appointment and was negative. Obvious money grab on their part to bill for it. Based on my symptoms and diagnosis, I was told I could get steroids to treat but not the antibiotics that will resolve it since I have not been suffering for 12 days. If what you monitor warrants medicine then why not give the ones that will help. Even after telling her I react badly to steroids and it is not an option, I was told to come back in 5 days to get treated properly. Now I am lying in bed unable to breathe, face hurting and knowing that I will be miserable until I can see an actual doctor on Monday so someone that understands medicine can help me. What a joke of a practice, the LPN there should be ashamed.

I normally have a good experience with the Walton little clinic. However I scheduled my appoint at 4 o’clock for 6pm. It is 6:45 and they took someone back for a physical, when I questioned it I was told she took them out of order and it will be another 15 or so minutes!!! Are you kidding me! I am sitting here sick and they get pulled in. A joke! They should have had them come back out not make me wait longer. Very unhappy right now.

I went here for an ear infection several months ago,my ear was swollen shut, the female physician prescribed me antibiotic eardrops, I told her that wouldn't help because I have a history of bad ear infections and needed oral antibiotics,she refused,several months later I have the same ear infection and my reg doctor prescribed oral Augmentin! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

I've been going to this clinic for the last 4 years. I go here because they listen when I describe my ailments. They are able to diagnose my condition with only a few follow-up questions. I would recommend going here over going to Saint Elizabeth or urgent care. I have been to both and was treated like a number. The last time I went to urgent care the Physicians Assistant cheered that I was positive for the flu. If I had only gone to the Little Clinic in Walton I'm sure no one would have smiled about my ailment. At the Little Clinic in Walton I am treated with dignity and respect. My well being is a priority to them. Everyone there very professional and they're dedicated to their craft. I am a pleased patient and will be a returning patient.

The staff at The little Clinic has always been amazing to my family, especially my 6 year old autistic son! Mike Duncan goes out of his way to make my son feel comfortable in the "doctor office" setting. There is always a follow up call to check on the patient as well. We love The Little Clinic!

We LOVE The Little Clinic! The staff is always so courteous and helpful, and even make a point to acknowledge us when we are in Kroger shopping. The level of care and attention we receive here is second to none. They have always taken the time to listen to us, and always give us just what we need to help us feel better. Just left little clinic in Walton Ky....brought my son in for a school physical and the person up front was very friendly and ready to help but when she went to the back to ask if she had the right form the Nurse explained it would be $59 for the physical. I then pointed out where the monitor displayed it was $39 at that point we waited and watched as the screen rolled around for her to see with her own two eyes that yes it states the fee is indeed $39 at which she says that monitor is wrong....the woman at the counter seemed confused as well as I was but I decided to take my business elsewhere as I didn’t want her touching my child. Will not be returning!

Never returned phone call after seen on a weekend- left 2 messages with nurse/desk attendant who assured me she gave the ARNP my messages. Needed school note and possible antibiotic called in. Never called me back to discuss my sick children's new symptoms.

Didn't resolve my problem. When i tried to call about questions i couldn't belive how rude they were. So if u like RUDE disrespectful incompetence go there and ask for Alexander or Duncan. One actually said "well we're not your dr" the other actually told me to go elsewhere. Very disappointed in their NON professional manner.
