Horrible staffing, rude, dismissive, felt like a insurance scan to see how many tests they could run and charge for. No xray on sight so if you need a chest xray they'll send you somewhere else and not bother to follow up with results. Go ANYWHERE else but this place! The state should shut them down!

Both staff members I was seen by today were very dismissive and did not listen when I explained my prior medicinal history to them. I ended up being rushed out the door after 10 minutes with a prescription totally incorrect for me. I try not to even go here because the past few times have been absolutely negative experiences but they are one of the only places open today. I will never make that mistake again. If you are thinking about being seen here, don’t.

Don’t be even a little late for a covid rapid test or they will turn you away. Even if it’s early morning and you’re obviously not feeling well. Do yourself a favor and go to CareFirst instead.

Worried you might have COVID? Rest assured, you can wait 6 whole days for results after they quoted you 2-3 days while you potentially harm your loved ones in the process of not knowing whether or not to quarantine. After 6 DAYS, I still have no test results! They were late and obviously inefficient. I’m in a high risk job, and of the tests I’ve gotten, this 100% has been the worst experience. Oh, and they bill you for what should be a free service.

Recently went to get vaccinations. The nurse, Nicole Greene was AWESOME!!!! Not only did she educate me on the vaccinations I was receiving even went above & beyond to print off education materials for me to take home. While getting the vaccinations she then asked about my Grandchildren...BINGO, now she's got my attention. KUDOS to you Nicole, just when I thought there was no such thing as customer service anymore, you reminded me there are still genuine nice people out there!! #teamNicole

The above phone number for this clinic doesn't even work. I was left a voicemail from the number stating I had test results I needed to call back in order to hear. After hearing a dial tone for 5 minutes I gave up. I have called numerous other times and nobody has ever picked up the phone.

Went here this morning with my son who isn’t feeling well. We showed up right as they opened. One man was ahead of us paying when we arrived. We checked in, paid the copay and sat to wait (20 min is how long we were told). Multiple other people showed up after us and everyone was seen before us. After the last person got called (an hour of waiting) I asked the receptionist how much longer it was gonna be because everyone has been seen besides us. (Cynthia was the receptionist and she was sweet but clueless about everything.). She seemed shocked and said “Oh, you should’ve already been called back. Let me go see what’s going on.” She came back and said “They accidentally took someone in front of you.” (Mind you it wasn’t just one person in front of me). I asked for a refund. Cynthia didn’t know how to do this either. So she went and got the woman that made the mistake in the first place to refund the copay so I could take my son somewhere else. This woman (Emerly?? Couldn’t get a good look at her name tag). Wouldn’t look at me or make eye contact with me. She didn’t say a word to me. When she handed me my receipt for my refund...nothing, not an I’m sorry, nothing. We’ve gone to the Bellevue location multiple times and Keith the nurse practitioner has always pleasant. Never a long wait either. Such a disappointing experience!

Experience was ok when I received treatment. I paid what I owed after insurance. I then receive a collection notice in the mail over a year later. I had moved to a new address and have not received any bills from the little clinic nor a phone call. I have never had a bill go to collections before and it is just frustrating. A phone call saying I owe $58 rather then sending it to collections would have been nice. Poor customer service in my mind. Will never go here again just for that reason.

I went to the little clinic on Friday with severe ear pain. They said I had a double ear infection and prescribed me with amoxicillin. Today, I went back because my right ear pain has not gone away and my congestion has gotten worse. The sinus pressure in my checks, teeth and forehead was killing me. My neck was also achy. I told the doctor my symptoms and how I believe the amoxicillin was not working. She checked my ears and throat. Then she told me there was nothing else she could do for me. Nothing?!?! She said she “thought” I had a virus. I said I’ve never had a virus that made me have sinus pressure this bad. Then she just shrugged her shoulders. I was so mad. I immediately went to bluegrass urgent care. At bluegrass urgent care, the PA told me my right ear was still infected, she gave me a steroid shot, and prescribed me with a stronger antibiotic. The little clinic does not care about the patient. How could she possibly say there is nothing she could do for me? I am still mad. I will never go back there again. If I could, I would give them zero stars.

I can't believe how much it cost JUST TO WALK IN almost $100 JUST TO HAVE YPUR HEART CHECKED! Plus you have to pay right away or they won't help. I get that it's not a hospital, but $89 just for a bitchy nurse to look at you!? The nurse was rude and disrespectful the whole time like she didn't want to help me. I just wanted to check my astham because inhale a horrible asthmatic attack that really scared me and she acted like it was no big deal. Waking up not being able to see, feeling weak, and unable to breath isn't a walk in the park. Then she wanted to charge me for a treatment when I told the ignorant nurse I already had a treatment before I left. I can't take another treatment right after having a treatment. Then she wanted to charge me for each perscrition she had to write! I will NEVER go there again.
