Best pizza restaurant in Gonzales, Louisiana (LA) 2024

Came through drive-through asked for a three meat pizza I watched him take it out of the warmer when I got home it was obvious that it had been sitting in the warmer for hours it was very difficult to eat. My husband ate several pieces because he was hungry and it was storming outside and I couldn’t get them on the phone. So finally when the rain slowed up I took the rest of the pizza up there she said well I can’t do anything about it because it’s half eaten but I let her know beyond any doubt that they should not let the pizza sit in warming for ever just until you sell it . I said I couldn’t even get you on the phone so our phones don’t work. I’ve had pizza from them before many times and it’s been good but this one was terrible it was the worst thing we’ve ever eaten and the little manager didn’t seem to care about doing anything about it ~Ann

Love the service. My pizzas wings let me just say EVERYTHING, is ALWAYS hot and fresh!!! ...I always order for delivery and no matter how short they are with drivers, you will get hot food Great! Horrible service! Me and my husband were going out for the night so decided to order pizza for children and babysitter. We wanted it delivered to house. I received a text around 7:12 PM that it was out for delivery and we live only 7 minutes from them so I figured it would be there soon. Me and my husband left and i receive a call from babysitter around 8PM that pizza still has not arrived. I call the store and speak to manager in training and she did state it went out and through a door dash delivery driver, which I told her I didn’t order through door dash and she stated they use that delivery service. She offered to remake it and us pick it up but I was not in the area and babysitter could not drive. The driver never contacted us just took off with pizza. I told Cody I would call back if they did not deliver within 10 minutes. They did not deliver so I attempted to call back and out of 10 times I reached the call center 3 times which then forwarded me to the store which still did not answer my calls. It was horrible I had to contact someone who lived close by to bring my children and the babysitter food. Will not use this Pizza Hut again! I did end up getting my refund the day after multiple attempts of calling again. They had caller ID as well, because when they answered the same lady from night before asked me if I had ever gotten my pizza. They should of called me the night before to see if it had actually gotten delivered or atleast answered my calls! ~Amber
