Words cannot describe the level of incompetence and laziness of the employees at 120 elm Street location, in Haughton. It's pretty bad when, I live just a mile from this location, but I'm willing to drive 15-25 miles away, just to go to a different Dollar General. I've lived here for 10 years and I cannot tell you when the last time I went into that store and they did not have boxes upon boxes, and those carts full all throughout the store, nothing on the shelves. the employees aren't even making an attempt to stock the shelves. Just hope, IF you decide to go-to this location, hope you don't need a buggy, because you're NOT going to be able to get through any isle.... i promise you this today is the last time I go to that store ~William

There is a nice young man working at the Dollar General, Hwy 80 in Haughton that helped me today (5/21/22 at 10:36 AM) that was just the best. I wanted to get two chairs, of course at the bottom of the stack. He not only helped me with the chairs, but helped me get them in my car. He is always super friendly, and his help today was wonderful! ~Suzy

If you are ordering Online please BEWARE. They do NOT have delivery drivers on staff as of 9-3-2022! They are using door dash drivers and depending if you tip before it's delivered and if it's it's not a big enough tip They will let your order sit there and not deliver it. They do not have this posted anywhere online ahead of your order. And if the door dashers refuse to deliver your order they will offer a refund but you will get it 3-5 days later back onto your card. The lady was nice when she called but this should be made aware somewhere online before people pay and order. Also my oder was sitting there for well over a hour before I was told anything about this. ~Villain

Parked in the parking lot, as we ( and everyone) does for the parade, very rude lady came out and said we can not wait there but can come back at 5. I see that they are placing out orange cones to save parking spaces for their friends, I guess that’s why she didn’t want us parking there. I see two more cars waiting and she hasn’t ran them off, oh. , must be her friends ~Gail
