Ordered a pizza. Was told it would be 45 minutes. 1.5 hours later I called. They apologized and said it would be right over. It came in about 10 minutes. Barely warm. Yuk!

If you are ordering Online please BEWARE. They do NOT have delivery drivers on staff as of 9-3-2022! They are using door dash drivers and depending if you tip before it's delivered and if it's it's not a big enough tip They will let your order sit there and not deliver it. They do not have this posted anywhere online ahead of your order. And if the door dashers refuse to deliver your order they will offer a refund but you will get it 3-5 days later back onto your card. The lady was nice when she called but this should be made aware somewhere online before people pay and order. Also my oder was sitting there for well over a hour before I was told anything about this.

I ordered pizza at 5:41pm from pizza hut in Haughton via online for delivery. Said it would be delivered at 6:41. At 6:30, someone from that location called me to tell me they had no pizza hut delivery drivers and that door dash would be delivering for me. The person on the phone insured me he would call me within the hour to let me know my pizza was delivered. I was at work and was doing this for my kids. I NEVER received a phone call. I called MULTIPLE TIMES and no one answered the phone. At 8:00, I started receiving door dash messages stating my pizza was going to be delivered by a William D. At 7:04. AGAIN, I GOT THIS MESSAGE AT 8!! After several door dash messages, me trying to contact the phone number provided for the driver, to no avail., at 8:43, I got a text my pizza had been delivered. At this point, we didn't even want it, but I had my child go look and IT WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! I had my mom drive all the way from shreveport to the pizza hut in Haughton since i was at work, so I could address this via telephone. The manager there, was not the one there when I originally ordered but proceeds to tell me my order was canceled and never made to be delivered. But yet, I had a receipt, door dash messages and a charge for the amount I paid!! Number 1 if they had no delivery drivers to begin with no one, myself included should have been able to make a delivery order online! We have always used this store as it is convenient for us and have never had issues. But I will NEVER use them again, I will be calling corporate and I WILL be reimbursed!! Absolutely ridiculous.

I used my 300 points I earned and did not get the pizza I was trying to order. I got a cheese pizza instead of the Supreme I tried to order. Very disappointing since I had been saving these points

We love pizza hut, especially this location. Pizza is always on point. Anytime there is a problem the team here is always on the case- Fixes the issues and leaves us 100% satisfied. We have been eating there at least once a month for the last 8+ years. Love it!!!! Kids prefer this over Do#!n0es, any day.

I used their app to order and pay for the pizza while on the way there. It was just coming out of the oven as I walked in. Hot, fresh, and exactly as I ordered it. Not the kind of service you expect, just what you wish you could get, waiting for you to walk thru the door. Unexpected excellence, Thanks Pizza Hut, your crew deserves a thumbs up.

Ordered 1 Lg pizza and some naked bone in wings. The pizza was as good as expected but the wings ended up being boneless. The only major problem was that I had to call 30 minutes after my orders was supposed to be ready to get it out to my car. They were pretty busy so I was more understanding.
