I always have a great experience at this studio. Wonderful customer service, and I absolutely love Merle Norman products. Hands down the best lipstick on the planet. Try the lip pencil plus. ~Vickie

Been coming here for several years now and had always had a great experience until this month. Ms. Susan cut my hair and seemed to be in a huge rush for no apparent reason (there weren’t many people there). She paid little attention to detail, pretty haphazard, and made a complete mess of her work area. This was reflected directly in my haircut unfortunately. I know everyone has to start somewhere, but as a baseline simply believe that if she slowed down, took pride in her work that it would go a long way. Plan on going back to this location because of all the other great hardworking stylists but will need to be more selective unfortunately moving forward. ~Matthew
