Best jewelry store in Metairie, Louisiana (LA) 2024

Wish i was able to buy something. Tried buying $50 worth of stuff but couldn't use my card. My card does not swipe its chip or tap only. Update yall system. People working there were great though. ~Joe

I bought and paid for a lovely silver necklace for my partner. Imagine my shock and disappointment Christmas morning when she opened the gift wrapped package to find a pair of earrings not her style and half the price! I hope the folks who got my gift were happy with it! Inexcusably sloppy service! ~Michael

I will never patronize a place that acknowledges one group of individuals and not another. I walked into this place and was never acknowledged me. This is fine because folks lack professionalism and manners. The two associates weren't welcoming at all. Not a hello or hi we have such and such special. Another lady came in an was immediately greeted with warm welcoming. She was told that everything I the store was under$35.00. I immediately walked out. Do better. ~melaninlioness
