This bank is the worst I’ve ever been to. They are extremely unkind to customers! Always super slow! Never willing to go above for a customer. The manager was a man that didn’t even look at me or try and help me with something we had been doing for years. Said they they don’t do any favors for customers. There is Always a wait. Inside bank and at drive thru! (Sometimes over 30 minutes!)They are always changing the fees and holding checks without cause. Worst bank EVER! We pulled all of our money from there! Don’t trust regions with your money, Take it out NOW! ~Jennifer

Reaching new heights of incompetence. I know this place has always been bad, but I had to go here recently because Walgreens (Just as bad now) was closed due to COVID outbreak. The pharmacist went out of his way to give me a hard time and not give me the correct amount of medication as prescribed by my doctor. He also somehow found the time to place a DEA hold on the rest of my medication, so that even if I transferred it out, it still couldn't be filled. This place is now a glorified UPS drop-off point for me. ~TheOv3rminD

Always very helpful staff and if they are out of product they can tell you when it is expected to arrive. Love their loyalty point system and coupons/sales program. ~Robert

Very pleasant today. The only thing negative is that because of the holiday, there are obviously many more customers. I realize other duties have to be done, but more than one cashier is NEEDED DURING the busier times. ~Rochelle

I stopped by three days ago to buy a pair women’s shoes in a size 10. They told me that they were out of everything in a size 10, but they would have a new shipment in on April 7th. I stopped by again yesterday, but to my surprise they were STILL out of my size for EVERY pair of women’s shoes. Today, (day 3) I have called the store, but the unhelpful and lazy worker who answered the phone informed me that they did have a shipment in, but she just hasn’t checked the back! If you’re in dire need of a new pair of work shoes, DO NOT come here. The women’s selection is beyond limited as well as the workers’ attentions spans!!!! ~chloe

Location is in old Chevrolet dealership that is now mixed use between auto body and an attorney's office. Hard to find. Put reservation online same day for full size car. Car available was a filthy Nissan Altima that had bald tires, repainted door, damaged front bumper, scratches all over and lastly 46k miles. The car also was covered in bugs and had not been washed. The attendant took the time to take 360 pictures of the car incase I damaged it. This car was already damaged all over and should not be in the hertz fleet. I declined the reservation and went down the street. ~Matt

BEWARE! I noticed a suspicious transaction on my account and I called to ask questions. I was told that I had made the transaction. That was a lie! I was told that they would investigate it and call me back. Needless to say, I never got the call back. I logged into my online banking only to find out that the error was corrected. The Teller “accidentally” gave someone five hundred dollars from my account. No apologies or anything. And let’s not get into their lazy mortgage loan officer. I’ve never in my life seen anything like it. A six month long back and forward game. They constantly ask for the same documents (more than three times). And blames Covid for their lack of work and being behind. (Excuses for laziness) I am unimpressed and looking to transition elsewhere. In my opinion, Richland was a better operating Bank. ~Sharon
