Best bank in Minden, Louisiana (LA) 2024

This bank is the worst I’ve ever been to. They are extremely unkind to customers! Always super slow! Never willing to go above for a customer. The manager was a man that didn’t even look at me or try and help me with something we had been doing for years. Said they they don’t do any favors for customers. There is Always a wait. Inside bank and at drive thru! (Sometimes over 30 minutes!)They are always changing the fees and holding checks without cause. Worst bank EVER! We pulled all of our money from there! Don’t trust regions with your money, Take it out NOW! ~Jennifer

BEWARE! I noticed a suspicious transaction on my account and I called to ask questions. I was told that I had made the transaction. That was a lie! I was told that they would investigate it and call me back. Needless to say, I never got the call back. I logged into my online banking only to find out that the error was corrected. The Teller “accidentally” gave someone five hundred dollars from my account. No apologies or anything. And let’s not get into their lazy mortgage loan officer. I’ve never in my life seen anything like it. A six month long back and forward game. They constantly ask for the same documents (more than three times). And blames Covid for their lack of work and being behind. (Excuses for laziness) I am unimpressed and looking to transition elsewhere. In my opinion, Richland was a better operating Bank. ~Sharon
