Every time I have had to speak to someone at the Iberia Parish School Board they have an attitude and are incredibly rude. I’m not sure why because I’m very polite and patient. The employees there must absolutely hate their job, themselves, and everyone else. Do better IPSB!!! ~Michelle

My mailbox in the trailer park I live in has been doorless since I moved in. I requested it be fixed since August of last year. I had been calling every so often about it. and i only recently got assigned a new mailbox like a month ago. But they are putting my mail and packages in the old mailbox and my packages are getting stolen. Which was my main issue before, hence me requesting it to get fixed. I have been trying to call them and no one is answering the phone. ~Big

I am extremely pleased with Sonny's service. I have a collection of vintage table lamps that I am bringing a few at a time for Sonny to rewire (before giving them to family members). He does an excellent job and at extremely reasonable prices. In fact I have recommended Walet's to others for their repair and hardware needs. Five stars all the way.... ~Phebe

Went in with my husband and my sons to get their haircuts on appointment. They rushed on my boys’ hairs. They didn’t line them right, the line was uneven in the front of their heads. Also they are impatient when it comes to little children! Especially the black lady that works there. They cut my boys hair any kind of way instead of the way I told them. Including my 8 year old, who was very still while getting his haircut. They will do what they want with your hair, just to make a fast buck! Now my kids have to go with messed up haircuts until it grows out again. I advice anyone with little children, do not bring them to this place! They will rush, and can be rude and unprofessional. ~Ty

The only problem I have is they make me pay $20 for one day delivery for my cat litter, they won't let me do general delivery 3-5 business days I don't know why! ~H

Cato's is my store. I go clothes shopping twice a year. Hate to try on clothes. Cato's has it all. Daily wear clothes, dressy clothes, shoes, undergarments, jewelry, purses and even perfume. One stop shop! I am not good with coordinating colors, the ladies that work there are very helpful. Returns, no problem! ~Lea
