It’s alright. A bit pricier than what I think it’s normally worth, but is a decent value for the area. The equipment has seen better days, a lot of people don’t put stuff back and walk around barefoot (gross), the changing rooms are smelly and damp. Their staff dropped the ball on two appointments with no apology. ~New

I desperately had to use the facilities, no sign posted stating whether there is or isn't a bathroom. Let's just say I could have been caught for indecent exposure I could no longer hold it I was in tears. So they'll never get my service again. ~Christy

Overall I’m pretty happy with my experience. They managed to schedule me with relatively short notice, moved my things quickly and carefully, and were extremely friendly and professional the whole time. My only issue was that in my new house as they were putting my bed back together they told me that there was hardware missing and it had been missing when they took my bed apart. But the next day when I went back to my old apartment to clean it I found a row of the missing hardware sitting on my old bedroom windowsill. Again, overall it was a good experience but I’d recommend keeping an eye on the small details. ~Victoria
