Overall I’m pretty happy with my experience. They managed to schedule me with relatively short notice, moved my things quickly and carefully, and were extremely friendly and professional the whole time. My only issue was that in my new house as they were putting my bed back together they told me that there was hardware missing and it had been missing when they took my bed apart. But the next day when I went back to my old apartment to clean it I found a row of the missing hardware sitting on my old bedroom windowsill. Again, overall it was a good experience but I’d recommend keeping an eye on the small details.

Mike went out of the way to deliver a piece of heavy furniture to our home. He wheeled it on a dolly in the snow several hundred yards to our home and put it in its place. The professionalism and care not to mention kind and caring personality makes him an outstanding employee for the company. I will certainly use them again.

Extremely disappointed in this moving company. Left our glass shower delivery in the middle of our very clear but hill driveway. Bigger delivery trucks have backed up it so I know that's not tge problem. My husband met them and asked them to come the last 45 ft. The replay was "this is as far as the pallet jack goes" well we weren't asking for the pallet jack to come closer just the truck. They then dropped the stuff , hopped in the truck and left. WTH couldn't they back up 45 more ft. Poor service!

Chris and Matt were awesome!! Fast, efficient, and friendly. Moving to a third floor unit with no elevator is a struggle and they moved everything pretty quickly! Also, they were very mindful to not let my cats out. Definitely worth the money!! Thank you!

I called Central Maine Moving and Storage to secure a move with less than 30 days away during heavy moving season. Unfortunately we were not able to make the dates work. However, Scott came to my home and did a quote for me. He was professional, kind, very experienced. He made sure to give me the best option for each moving situation. He also gave me ideas about how to make our move the easiest it could be, even when he wasn't going to make any money for it. I think that speaks to their integrity. Great job!

Our delivery men, Mike and Mike, delivered a very heavy bathroom vanity. They were polite, careful, professional, highly skilled in maneuvering the truck in and out of tight spaces, and placed our vanity right where we asked them to. Our house sold very quickly and I needed to get my larger and heavier items moved in a timely fashion. I called Central Maine Moving & Storage and they took care of the rest. From the first phone call to the final piece of furniture was placed, I could not have had a better experience. The movers were very friendly and got the job done quickly, with no problems. They explained all the charges (the final total was actually less than the quote), and made sure everything was placed where I wanted it in our new home. Moving can be very stressful, but the team at Central Maine Moving & Storage made it much easier. I highly recommend them and thank them for their great service!

Our experience with Central Maine Moving and Storage was excellent. Our movers, Matt, Corey and Ryan were great! They were extremely helpful and friendly and worked tirelessly for two days getting our possessions moved. They dealt with multiple issues creatively and efficiently and never became frustrated or even mildly annoyed. I’m hoping I won’t have to move again for a long time, but if I do, I’ll want these guys helping me. In the meantime, I’ll tell anyone who asks to use Central Moving and Storage.
