Best convenience store in Bath, Maine (ME) 2025

The workload that has been put on the pharmacy has been immense over the last two years and yet every time I go in to pick up a prescription, everyone is so nice. I’ve been going to this cvs for years and the pandemic has been rough on everyone. I really appreciate the pharmacy staff. ~Bobbi

They don't ever answer the phone, and when they do, they're rude. Their pharmacists quit all the time apparently. They close randomly without notice. They rarely have medication in stock, so they charge twice when they give a partial. When we go into the pharmacy, we find that they have either put the medication back on the shelf after TWO days, or they say they don't have it after they said it was there. Also, when they're questioned about anything, they lash back. Very unprofessional, rude, and they're messing with people's mental and physical health, along with their lives, because when we were there the other day, we met a woman that had been waiting a week for her insulin. We are switching to CVS pharmacy. ~Brandi

Absolutely the worst customer service I've seen in any local convenience store! Every single visit I regret stopping there. Tonight while 7 people are standing in line the only cashier was busy texting on her phone. Next time I'll be sure to drive out of my way to avoid that nonsense. ~Kourtney
